Property Valuer / 360° Estate Agent – Milton Keynes

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Property Valuer who will operate as a 360° Estate Agent in Milton Keynes. You will own the full sales cycle, from securing new instructions to delivering successful completions, while representing a market‑leading independent agency.

Key responsibilities

• Book and conduct market appraisals and property valuations.
• Win instructions and convert opportunities into active listings.
• Manage properties through every stage, from instruction to completion.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Generate new business leads proactively.
• Create compelling property listings, marketing content, 3D tours and video walkthroughs.
• Maintain an efficient diary to maximise productivity.
• Collaborate closely with the Director to capitalise on opportunities.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a commercial mindset and passion for property.
• Proven experience in residential sales, valuations and listings.
• Strong knowledge of the Milton Keynes property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Target‑driven, proactive and motivated to succeed.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
