Protection Adviser – Hybrid/Remote with High Commission

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Protection Adviser to join a high‑performing financial services team. The role offers a steady flow of pre‑qualified leads and the flexibility to work from our Horsham office, a hybrid setting, or fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a full suite of protection products, including life cover, critical illness and income protection.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to policy completion.
• Deliver compliant, customer‑focused advice in line with industry regulations.
• Utilise high‑quality, pre‑qualified leads supplied by the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Protection Adviser.
• R05 qualification is desirable.
• Proven ability to convert leads into business.
• Self‑motivated and disciplined, especially when working remotely.

Required skills

• Strong consultative sales approach.
• Excellent knowledge of protection insurance products.
