QA Assistant – Batch Record Reviewer (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a QA Assistant to join our Quality team on a six‑month contract within a regulated manufacturing environment. The role involves reviewing batch documentation to ensure products are manufactured and recorded in line with GMP and internal quality standards, supporting timely batch release.

Key responsibilities

• Review batch records and associated documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Check production records such as cleaning logs, temperature reports and test documentation.
• Support batch release by confirming that all documentation meets required standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Assembly and Compounding teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Escalate documentation issues and assist with deviation investigations when required.
• Perform SAP transactions and maintain accurate system records.
• Contribute to KPI tracking and continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a busy production or regulated industry setting.
• Basic IT skills; SAP experience is desirable.
