Quality Manager – ISO 9001/14001 in Special Metals

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality management activities in a fast‑growing specialist metals technology company. You will be responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 certification and driving the implementation of ISO 14001 across the site. This is a hands‑on role supporting high‑performance sectors such as Formula 1, aerospace, defence and medical.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Lead the development and implementation of ISO 14001 environmental management processes.
• Oversee day‑to‑day quality activities, including inspections, audits and corrective actions.
• Manage a small quality team, including a deputy and inspection staff.
• Collaborate with R&D, production and engineering to embed continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a metals manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage a QMS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
