About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist roofing and cladding firm serving blue‑chip clients across the South West. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, a competitive salary package, a car allowance and hybrid working.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor all costings for a portfolio of projects.
- Prepare complete valuations and ensure payment applications are accurate.
- Review contracts, warranties and identify project risks.
- Develop and manage project cash‑flow forecasts.
- Source, procure and manage subcontractors and the scope of works.
- Produce monthly financial and progress reports.
Required profile
- Qualified Quantity Surveyor or equivalent construction background.
- Ability to work independently and lead a project team.
- Strong analytical and risk‑assessment skills.
- Willingness to commute to Bristol.
