Real Estate Client Director

About the role

As a Real Estate Client Director you will join a respected broker delivering specialist risk solutions for complex property portfolios across the UK and worldwide. You will be the primary adviser for multi‑asset real estate clients, overseeing insurance placement, renewal and strategic risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and drive account plans for high‑value real estate clients.
• Design, place and renew insurance programmes for commercial, residential and mixed‑use property portfolios.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers, market partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all insurance arrangements meet company standards and client requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on risk mitigation and portfolio optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience as an Account Executive or Client Director in commercial property and real‑estate risk.
• Demonstrated success in new‑business development and sales within the property sector.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities with a relationship‑driven approach.
• Relevant qualifications such as ACII (or progress towards it) are advantageous.
