Real Estate Lawyer – Charity & Faith Sector

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our specialist team advising charities, faith‑based organisations and other not‑for‑profit entities. The role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters while supporting trustees and senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals and landlord‑tenant agreements for charitable and ecclesiastical clients.
• Draft and negotiate commercial transactions, development agreements and overage arrangements.
• Conduct title investigations, due‑diligence reviews and manage transactions through to completion.
• Support trustees on governance, regulatory and compliance issues related to property.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills, able to build lasting relationships.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
