We are partnering with a fast‑moving real‑estate business to bring on a motivated Outreach Coordinator for a summer contract. This role offers genuine commercial exposure and is ideal for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to earn over the summer while building a strong CV.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Conduct professional conversations with decision‑makers to generate interest.
• Record all activity and maintain up‑to‑date information in the CRM system.
• Assist the business development team with market research and reporting.

Required profile

• Confident communicator on the phone and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Previous experience in a sales‑focused role.
• Interest in property or real‑estate is a plus, but not essential.
• Current student, recent graduate or individual with the right to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Effective written communication for email outreach.
