About the role

Gold Group Ltd is a pan‑European private equity firm seeking a motivated Analyst to join its Real Estate Private Equity team in London. The role is ideal for candidates with 1‑2 years of relevant experience who want to develop their investment and analytical skills across a range of European real‑estate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sourcing, underwriting and execution of real‑estate investment opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Conduct market research, property level due diligence and prepare investment memoranda.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring, performance reporting and investor communications.
• Collaborate with senior team members on deal structuring and transaction documentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in real‑estate private equity, investment banking, or related finance roles.
• Strong academic background in Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
• Highly numerate with a solid understanding of financial modelling concepts.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (French, German, Italian) are a plus.
• Team‑player who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
