Reception Staff – Flexible Night Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and independent individual to join our reception team on night shifts. The position is ideal for students or anyone needing flexible hours, as it adapts to your availability and can be combined with a varied timetable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures for guests during the night.
• Maintain friendly contact with guests and address their needs.
• Prepare the reception and bar area for the next day, including cleaning and restocking.
• Serve hot and cold drinks and snacks at the bar.
• Coordinate work processes at the desk to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Education in tourism or experience in hospitality.
• Polite demeanor, neat appearance, and a genuine love for guest interaction.
• Organisational talent and ability to work independently during night hours.
• Very good command of English.
