Receptionist – AI Model Evaluation (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Receptionist to support our AI development team by evaluating chatbot performance. Working remotely from the United Kingdom, you will apply your strong language skills to assess model outputs and help improve conversational quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assign complex tasks to AI chatbots and review their responses.
• Measure progress, correctness, and overall performance of AI models.
• Identify logical errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Provide clear feedback and documentation for model refinements.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Exceptional command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
