About the role
Join Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars as a Receptionist with flexible scheduling. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest arrivals and departures, including check‑in, check‑out, room escorting and luggage delivery.
- Verify and set up appropriate credit arrangements for guests.
- Collect passports and complete required procedures in line with local legislation and Hyatt data‑privacy standards.
- Handle cash transactions and billing processes accurately.
- Assist guests during their stay, promptly addressing requests and resolving complaints.
- Identify revenue opportunities through effective upselling techniques.
- Provide comprehensive information about the hotel’s services, facilities and amenities.
Required profile
- Friendly and professional individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Confident in managing front‑desk responsibilities while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
