About the role
As the Receptionist at Little House Mayfair, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering a seamless and welcoming front‑of‑house experience. You will support daily club operations, ensuring discretion, efficiency and elegance in every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet members by name and welcome guests with a hospitable attitude.
- Answer high‑volume phone lines, manage restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, and handle general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on menus, operating hours and amenity pricing.
- Maintain a clean, safe reception area, desk and coat‑check closet.
- Perform guest‑list duties on the floor, club and rooftop as required.
- Resolve guest concerns in real time and communicate feedback to management.
- Assist guests with coat and item retrieval.
- Support management in training new hires on Soho standards and service steps.
- Stay up‑to‑date on all club facilities, events and policies.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of front‑desk experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or a private members’ club.
- Strong leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work discreetly while delivering high‑quality service.
Required skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems such as Opera, OpenTable or equivalent.
