About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our Luton site. You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing staff/visitors using the Net2 scan‑in system and issue passes.
- Accept daily deliveries and post, and maintain the reception calendar.
- Keep the reception area and downstairs kitchen clean and tidy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and printing.
- Order weekly office supplies, maintain stationery stockroom and monitor reception CCTV.
- Lock up revolving door and emergency exit doors at the end of each day.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer‑service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
