About the role
Zudek International is seeking a part‑time remote Administrative Assistant to support its executive team and day‑to‑day office operations. The role involves handling communications, scheduling, filing and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a professional and efficient service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails and correspondence, responding or routing as appropriate.
- Schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Organise and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership, including document preparation and minute taking.
- Maintain accurate records, logs and reports to ensure data integrity.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in administrative and clerical tasks, preferably in an executive support capacity.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for professional correspondence.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
