Receptionist – Live-in Available

About the role

Bespoke Hotels is looking for a friendly and motivated Receptionist to join our front‑desk team. The role includes live‑in accommodation and focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences while supporting revenue maximisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily arrivals, departures and special requests in line with company standards.
• Conduct check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and courteously.
• Handle cash, charge, float and till processes according to policy.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions, providing accurate information to guests.
• Attend daily briefings and keep the team updated.
• Drive sales through up‑selling, incentives and promotions.
• Respond promptly to booking enquiries and resolve guest complaints.
• Operate the telephone system professionally and in line with standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a hotel reception or customer‑facing role.
• Familiarity with a property management system (PMS) such as Guestline or Rezlynx is advantageous.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using phone and computer systems.
