Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy & Finance

About the role

Parkside Office Professional is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its Accountancy & Finance team in Uxbridge. You will work within a global network, supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process for high‑value clients and developing your own business pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Run a 360‑degree desk, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Provide specialist advice to candidates and clients in the finance and accountancy sectors.
• Develop and execute individual business and sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Lead by example through consistent fee performance, activity levels and professional attitude.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with the leadership team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Antal International network to generate cross‑border opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong ambition, resilience and a drive to succeed in a sales‑focused environment.
• Desire to build a long‑term career in recruitment, preferably with exposure to finance or accountancy markets.
• Ability to manage six‑figure key accounts and develop relationships with senior stakeholders.
