Recruitment Consultant – Leeds (Accountancy, HR, Sales)

About the role

Join Reed’s Leeds office as a Recruitment Consultant and build your own specialist desk across Accountancy & Finance, HR or Sales. You will work initially on‑site for three months before moving to a hybrid model, combining office presence with 1‑2 days of remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a specialist recruitment desk within the Leeds market.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing client organisations.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief to candidate placement.
• Source, interview and match high‑quality candidates to client requirements.
• Provide expert market insight and advice to both clients and candidates.
• Achieve activity and financial targets that directly influence earnings.

Required profile

• Motivated salesperson, business developer or experienced recruiter.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet targets.
• Valid driving licence (client‑facing role).
