Recruitment Consultant – Legal Sector (Exeter)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to develop our legal recruitment offering in Exeter. You will work closely with law firms and candidates, delivering a high‑quality service while operating in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with a range of law firms to understand and fulfil their recruitment needs.
• Create and publish compelling job advertisements on our website, job boards and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain a network of lawyers and legal professionals.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn messages, InMails and other outreach methods.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement.

Required profile

• Positive, upbeat and energetic personality with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Resilient and self‑motivated, able to handle setbacks and work autonomously.
• Interest or experience in professional services, particularly the legal sector, is a plus.
• Credible and trustworthy, aligned with our values of honesty, support and giving.
