About the role
Join a fast‑growing specialist recruitment agency focused on life sciences. As a Recruitment Consultant you will work from our Horsham office (hybrid) and help biotech, pharma and AI‑driven drug discovery companies find the talent they need.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with life‑science clients.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial brief to placement.
- Develop and nurture a strong candidate network across the sector.
- Collaborate with a high‑performing team to meet revenue targets.
Required profile
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Willingness to commute to Horsham and work on‑site part of the week.
- Positive, commercial mindset with a drive to grow your desk.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sourcing tools.
