Recruitment Consultant – M&E (Construction)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing white‑collar construction and M&E recruitment division in London and the South East. As a Recruitment Consultant you will work with live client accounts from day one, building expertise in the M&E sector while driving your own business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing client relationships across construction and M&E markets.
• Network to generate new business and expand current accounts.
• Source, interview and place high‑quality candidates in permanent and contract roles.
• Build a personal reputation as a sector specialist and work towards a future Head of Sector position.

Required profile

• 1–2 years’ experience in white‑collar construction or M&E recruitment (permanent or contract).
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on relationship building.
• Ambitious, self‑driven and eager to develop a successful desk.
