About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team supporting offshore operations, marine and renewable energy projects across the UK and internationally. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a busy temporary staffing market, with full training and mentorship from seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the temporary desk, sourcing and placing candidates for offshore and energy projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the offshore, marine and renewable sectors.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assessments and match them to client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop business pipelines and achieve placement targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional eager to develop a career in recruitment.
• Experience working on a temporary desk or in a fast‑paced staffing environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and interest in the offshore, marine and renewable energy sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
