Recruitment Consultant – Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Sales & Marketing team in Uxbridge. You will work within Parkside’s global network, helping clients find top‑tier sales and marketing talent while building your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Run a 360° recruitment desk focused on sales and marketing roles.
• Provide specialist advice to candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
• Develop and execute individual business and sales plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Maintain strong fee performance and activity levels.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with the leadership team.
• Collaborate with Antal offices worldwide to generate cross‑border opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Interest in sales, marketing and recruitment sectors.
