Recruitment Manager – Executive Search C‑Suite (London)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join Hays' flagship London office within the Executive Search and Interim team. The role focuses on engaging C‑suite candidates and clients across the UK, delivering interim leadership placements for both public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite executives and key decision‑makers.
• Source, screen and recruit top‑tier candidates for interim leadership roles.
• Manage interim search campaigns and ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Hays RPO/MSP, HR service lines and senior consultants across specialisms such as finance, technology and construction.
• Leverage Hays Solutions services (assessment, benchmarking, DE&I consultancy) to add value for clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive search or senior recruitment, preferably at Business Manager level or above.
• Strong network within C‑suite and director‑level talent pools.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work across the UK market and manage multiple search assignments.
