About the role

Our client, a leading provider of apprenticeship programmes in the engineering sector, is seeking a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to deliver high‑quality training to apprentices in Manchester. The role combines fieldwork with learner support, ensuring apprentices meet milestones and achieve their qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite coaching and training sessions for refrigeration and air‑conditioning apprentices.
• Travel to apprentices’ workplaces to conduct coaching sessions.
• Manage a caseload of learners, monitoring progress and meeting deadlines.
• Plan and organise your diary effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, preferably from industry or training provider.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and supporting learners.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload effectively.
