Regional Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to take ownership of a busy service centre in Bristol. You will lead a highly skilled engineering team for a world‑leading manufacturer of specialist vehicles, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and continuous growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of the service centre, including engineers, technicians and service controllers.
• Plan resources, monitor depot performance and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Drive operational performance, improve customer service standards and manage budgets.
• Occasionally visit customers to support service contracts and strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Manager, Branch Manager, Depot Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong engineering or mechanical background with hands‑on experience managing service operations.
• Full UK driving licence.
