Regional Finance Manager – International Business

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Finance Manager to lead financial operations for an international business operating across multiple countries. Based in London with hybrid working, you will partner with regional leaders and the finance team to ensure accurate reporting, effective budgeting and robust cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial and management reporting for the region.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow processes.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and banking activities.
• Ensure compliance with local financial and statutory requirements.
• Support operational teams on finance matters and provide guidance.
• Drive finance process and system improvements across the region.

Required profile

• Experience in a broad or regional finance role.
• Strong financial and management accounting capability.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Hands‑on, proactive and commercially aware.
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
