Regional HR Advisor – Kent (Remote with UK travel)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional HR Advisor to join a fast‑paced, commercially driven organisation. Based in Kent with remote flexibility, you will support managers across the UK and handle a varied employee‑relations caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic HR advice to managers at all levels on absence, conduct, capability and investigations.
• Lead and support hearings, appeals, investigations and suspensions, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policy.
• Coach and guide managers to build confidence and consistency in people management.
• Produce clear, high‑quality HR documentation and reports.
• Work to tight service‑level agreements in a high‑volume environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end employee‑relations cases.
• Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment law.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Commercially minded with a practical, solutions‑focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
