Regional Manager – Retail Portfolio (North West/West London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a well‑established multi‑site retail portfolio across the North West and West London region. This senior, hands‑on role offers full accountability for people, performance, recruitment, development and commercial delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of stores across North West and West London, managing store managers remotely.
• Own recruitment, onboarding, training and development for the region.
• Drive sales, conversion and revenue growth, analysing KPIs and implementing improvement plans.
• Maintain operational standards, compliance, labour planning and cost control.
• Foster a high‑performance, values‑led culture and build succession plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or multi‑site leader in retail or a comparable service‑led sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and profitability targets.
• Excellent people leadership, coaching and performance‑management skills.
