Regional Manager – South

About the role
We are looking for a Regional Manager to drive growth and retention of our beverage brands across the South of England. You will manage existing accounts, acquire new business and ensure strong visibility for our portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver new‑business growth KPIs for the Damm brand portfolio in line with company strategy.
- Identify and prospect new accounts using territory knowledge and collaborate with regional and national wholesale distributors.
- Manage a call file to develop relationships with existing stockists, protect distribution and generate organic growth.
- Analyse sales data to spot opportunities and threats, and manage POS budgets and activation programmes.
- Prepare investment proposals, negotiate and secure commercial agreements with individual and multi‑site operators.
- Maintain daily CRM updates, produce call reports and provide insights for territory management and strategic planning.
- Develop a contact strategy with wholesale distributor sales teams and work closely with trade‑marketing and category managers to align execution.
- Combine independent territory work with regional team collaboration to support broader business goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or account management within the beverage or fast‑moving consumer goods sector.
- Deep knowledge of the South England market and established relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prepare and present investment proposals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for daily reporting and territory management.
