Regional Sales Director, EMEA

About the role

TPA Recruit is supporting a global high‑voltage electronics manufacturer in the search for a Regional Sales Director, EMEA. Based in the UK, you will lead the sales function across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, driving revenue growth and market share in highly engineered OEM markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales performance, revenue growth and market share across the EMEA region.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy, set targets and produce forecasts.
• Lead, motivate, manage and develop the EMEA sales team.
• Build and deepen relationships with existing strategic accounts and acquire new OEM customers.
• Define regional customers, competitors, markets and account priorities.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, technical SMEs and global sales leaders.
• Progress complex new‑business opportunities and influence senior decision‑makers.
• Report on account plans, regional performance and pipeline health.
• Contribute to global sales process improvement and growth strategy discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years OEM sales experience with highly engineered electronic equipment or technical systems.
• At least 5 years experience managing a sales team.
• Background in power electronics or related applications such as medical devices, semiconductor equipment, scientific instrumentation, X‑ray or industrial systems.
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on account activity.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a global matrix organisation.
