About the role

This field‑based position leads the sales effort for a sustainability‑focused packaging manufacturer across the South West region. You will own a defined territory, work closely with distributors and end‑users in the foodservice sector, and drive growth through both existing accounts and new business.

Key responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
Grow revenue by upselling and expanding product ranges.
Identify and win new business opportunities.
Collaborate with distributor sales teams to maximise market coverage.
Deliver against agreed regional sales targets.

Required profile

3–5 years of experience in field sales or account management.
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Comfortable working independently and spending most time on‑site.
Commercially minded, target‑driven and well organised.
Interest in sustainability and environmentally friendly products.
