Regional Sales Manager – West England & Wales

About the role

Join Dairy Energy, Biolectric’s UK distributor, to expand the company’s presence in the dairy farming market across the West of England and Wales. Supported by the UK team and Biolectric’s Belgian headquarters, you will meet dairy farmers, identify suitable farms, build relationships and turn opportunities into signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Visit 15+ dairy farms per week, conducting on‑site assessments of herd size, manure management, energy use and farm layout.
• Explain the benefits of on‑farm anaerobic digestion and guide farmers through the sales process from first contact to contract signing.
• Maintain momentum on leads, follow up consistently and schedule follow‑up meetings.
• Organise and support open farm days, customer visits and agricultural shows to demonstrate the technology.
• Develop a strong network of farmers, advisers and other stakeholders in the West of England and Wales.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, existing customers and your agricultural contacts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within the agricultural sector.
• Strong negotiation abilities and convincing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region and a valid driving licence.
• Genuine interest in sustainable agriculture and environmental technology.
• Fluent English; Welsh (Cymraeg) is a plus.
• Based in the West of England or Wales is ideal.
