Registered Manager for Residential Care Service (Kent)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential care service for younger adults with learning disabilities in Kent. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, and involves overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring person‑centred, high‑quality care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the residential care service.
- Lead, support and develop the staff team.
- Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
- Ensure delivery of person‑centred care for residents with learning disabilities, autism, and physical or sensory impairments.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in adult social care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and physical/sensory disabilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
