Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining a caring environment for clients and their families.
• Deliver the highest standards of nursing care to residents.
• Supervise and support care staff, ensuring adherence to home policies.
• Promote respect, dignity and safety for all clients.

Required profile

• Active registration on the NMC register.
• Minimum 1 year of registered nursing experience.
• Experience in a care‑home setting is desirable.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts on a full‑time basis.
