Registered Service Manager

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a caring, dynamic and highly motivated individual to co‑manage a portfolio of social care services in Blackpool. You will share Registered Service Manager responsibilities for nine learning disability supported living services and provide oversight for independent living provision.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage nine learning disability supported living services.
• Oversee independent living provision for people who do not require full‑time support.
• Lead, supervise and support a team of local managers.
• Deliver person‑centred reviews and develop positive relationships with service users.
• Liaise professionally with families, advocates and external agencies.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards as a Registered Manager.

Required profile

• Accomplished manager with extensive experience in the social care sector.
• Knowledge of supported living for learning disabilities, autism spectrum and complex care needs.
• Demonstrated person‑centred approach and professional communication style.
• Experience in staff and service management.
• Confident, accountable practitioner able to implement quality standards.
