Remote Appointment Setter – High‑Ticket Coaching

About the role

Bootcamp Mentoring is seeking English‑fluent appointment setters based in the United Kingdom to join its remote sales team. You will work with warm inbound leads and existing buyers from the United States, helping qualified prospects schedule strategy sessions for high‑ticket coaching programs.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm inbound leads and front‑end buyers who have expressed interest in our programs.
• Confirm appointments, increase show rates, and recover no‑shows.
• Qualify prospects for fit, goals, commitment, and readiness.
• Book qualified prospects onto advisors' calendars.
• Maintain accurate notes in the Close.io CRM.
• Support the sales team by keeping calendars full.

Required profile

• Based in the United Kingdom with strong spoken English and a clear, professional accent.
• Comfortable speaking with US‑based prospects and aligning work hours with US business hours (40+ hours/week).
• Coachable, reliable, team‑oriented, and able to follow structured scripts.
• Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and reliable computer and headset.

Required skills

• Experience using Close.io CRM (preferred).
