Remote Appointment Setter – Home Services

About the role

Octotasker is seeking confident, results‑driven appointment setters to join its remote sales teams. You will call U.S. homeowners on behalf of roofing, solar and other home‑service companies, qualify leads and book qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day using an auto‑dialer.
• Follow campaign‑specific scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Ask qualifying questions, handle objections and book 3–5 qualified appointments per shift.
• Document appointment details accurately and meet campaign KPIs such as contact and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of outbound phone experience in sales, telemarketing, collections or lead generation.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) with strong verbal communication and active‑listening skills.
• Competitive, coachable, reliable and comfortable handling rejection.
• Ability to work in a KPI‑driven environment and accept feedback.

Required skills

• Experience with auto‑dialing systems (e.g., VICIdial, power dialers).
• CRM usage experience.
• Proficiency with a laptop/desktop (8 GB RAM) and reliable high‑speed internet.
