Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter to join MathsTutors.Online’s growing team. You will be the first point of contact for parents who have expressed interest in our GCSE Maths tuition, helping them schedule appointments and learn about our programme.

Key responsibilities

• Call parents who have made enquiries and book them onto the calendar.
• Follow up daily with leads in your pipeline to maintain momentum.
• Keep the CRM data clean, accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Work within assigned shift patterns (9 am‑1 pm, 1 pm‑4 pm, 4 pm‑8 pm) covering 15‑20 hours per week.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK and solid understanding of the UK education system.
• Proven high‑performance track record in sales, customer service or education.
• Excellent communication skills (phone, video and written).
• Organised, proactive and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
• Reliable home office setup with laptop/desktop and strong Wi‑Fi.
