Remote CRM/Email Marketing Manager – Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Remote CRM/Email Marketing Manager on a contract basis to drive customer engagement and shape our CRM strategy. You will work with a dynamic team, turning data into actionable insights that improve client relationships and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise CRM systems, preferably using Braze.
• Analyse customer data to develop targeted, data‑driven strategies.
• Design and execute segmentation, targeting and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing automation and analytics tools with business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing CRM platforms, ideally Braze.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Hands‑on experience with customer segmentation, targeting and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools.
