Remote Employment Solicitor – 4+ Years PQE

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor to join a rapidly expanding niche practice. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will work fully remotely and handle a full spectrum of employment law matters for both claimants and respondents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contentious and non‑contentious employment law cases for individuals and employers.
• Provide expert advice across the full range of employment law issues.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of client care.
• Convert hot leads into new business, meeting a minimum of 25 chargeable hours per week.
• Collaborate with support staff who handle engagement letters, billing and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law or a mixed employment‑litigation practice.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting chargeable hour targets.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience with both claimant and respondent matters.
• Strong litigation and advisory capabilities.
