Remote Psychology Professor – Teach & Develop Curriculum

About the role

This position involves delivering psychology lectures and seminars to undergraduate and postgraduate students, primarily focused on human development, cognitive processes, and behavioural analysis. Instruction is delivered remotely with occasional in‑person sessions for West London students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum‑aligned lectures, seminars and workshops.
• Create and evaluate assessments such as exams, assignments and coursework.
• Provide academic guidance, feedback and support to individual students.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to update course content and integrate current research.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to programme development.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent qualification in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience teaching psychology at higher‑education level, preferably in cognitive, developmental or behavioural psychology.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment design.
• Track record of research publication or conference participation is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with digital learning platforms for remote instruction.
