About the role
This contract position supports a UK‑wide public sector recruitment campaign by delivering virtual interviews, role‑plays and structured assessments. Working remotely, you will help ensure a professional and fair assessment experience for all candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct online interviews, role‑plays and competency‑based assessments.
- Score candidates against clear competency criteria.
- Maintain accurate documentation and decision records.
- Provide a consistent, unbiased virtual assessment experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in candidate assessment (in‑house, agency or talent acquisition).
- Experience leading or running virtual assessment sessions.
- Strong decision‑making and documentation abilities.
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC).
- Availability for a telephone screening between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
