Reporting & Insight Analyst

About the role

We’re looking for a Reporting & Insight Analyst to join CPM at our newly renovated head office in Thame. If you have experience in a data‑led role and enjoy turning trends into actionable insight, this could be the perfect opportunity. The role offers a salary up to £35,000 per annum, Bupa healthcare and a generous holiday allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide internal and external stakeholders with accurate reporting solutions and outputs to drive performance and efficiency.
• Optimise the use of existing systems and technology across client solutions, identifying opportunities to add value.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Operations teams while reporting to the Reporting & Insight Manager.

Required profile

• Knowledge and experience of SQL or another coding language.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data visualisation.
• Understanding of ETL processes and experience manipulating data from multiple sources.
