Research & Insights Manager (12‑month FTC)

About the role

KP Snacks is seeking a Research & Insights Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to shape the future of its iconic snack brands. You will work closely with Marketing, Innovation and R&D to turn consumer insight into brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end insight programmes, from brief creation to final recommendations and stakeholder presentations.
• Partner with brand teams to influence brand strategy, communications, innovation pipelines and long‑term growth.
• Manage agency relationships and research budgets, ensuring value and quality.
• Monitor consumer behaviour, market trends and emerging opportunities in the UK food and drink sector.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to embed insights into decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, managing and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Strong commercial thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
• Demonstrated project management capability handling multiple simultaneous projects.
• Passion for consumer behaviour, market trends and the FMCG food sector.
