About the role
Everbright Care is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Worker for its children’s home in Bolton. You will provide safe, nurturing and consistent care to young people aged 7‑17, supporting their daily routines, education, activities and emotional wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Support young people with daily routines and activities
- Build positive and trusting relationships
- Complete accurate records and assist with care plans and risk assessments
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Work alongside colleagues to maintain a safe, homely environment and ensure safeguarding at all times
Required profile
- Genuine, reliable and resilient with a commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people
- Previous experience in children’s residential settings (desirable)
- Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it) (desirable)
