About the role
Join an established law firm in Greater Manchester as a Residential Conveyancer. You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working with both freehold and leasehold transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end residential conveyancing cases, from instruction to completion.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Proactively progress transactions through exchange and completion.
- Deliver excellent client service throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling an independent caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Client‑focused with a proactive approach.
