About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Conveyancer to join a well‑established company offering estate agency, letting, legal and mortgage services, alongside regulated support for buying, selling and property management. You will assist a solicitor with day‑to‑day residential conveyancing matters, supporting transactions from instruction through to completion. The role offers a salary range of £30,000‑£35,000 (DOE) and benefits.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience within residential conveyancing in Scotland
- Strong practical knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work with accuracy under pressure
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management
