About the role

A Legal 500 Solicitors firm is seeking an ambitious and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team in Woking. This role offers the chance to expand the firm’s local market presence while managing a high‑quality residential caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related transactions.
• Handle files from instruction through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Achieve financial targets while delivering exceptional client care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and professional contacts.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the Woking office.

Required profile

• 2–3 years’ post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing (or solid experience with less PQE).
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
• Proactive approach to generating new business, with a following of work desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client service.
• Commercial awareness and eagerness to support firm growth.
