About the role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our busy, friendly office in Cobham. The role offers the chance to manage a full portfolio of residential property matters while working within a supportive team that values professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential property cases including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages and transfers of equity.
• Run your own files independently, ensuring compliance and high standards of legal service.
• Maintain excellent organisational skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail throughout case handling.
• Participate in business development and networking activities to grow the department.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law.
• In‑depth technical knowledge of the full spectrum of residential property cases.
• Proven ability to manage files independently.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Business development and networking capability.
